The following requirements will be effective from August 1st to ensure smooth shipping and delivery.
1. True Shipper: when sending a package, ensure the sender’s information includes a first and last name, not just a company name. For 3PLs, please use the actual sender’s name.
2. Itemised Invoice: packages must have itemised content descriptions along with their individual values to avoid rejection. Clustered content descriptions will not be accepted.
3. Correct Shipment Value: undervaluing packages can result in account suspension. We strongly advise attaching proof of payment to the package when shipping to prevent any delays.
4. Accurate Shipper & Receiver Information: the names on the proof of purchase should match the provided shipper and receiver information.
5. Proper Goods Description: to avoid customs issues, ensure detailed item descriptions such as “1 female adire dress” rather than generic terms like “clothing” or “dress”. |
